(Poplar Bluff, MO April 15, 2015) It’s almost time for another summer of fun at Hydro Adventures. The Ship’s Captain, Jack Falfas, has brought a tidal wave of new amusement for Hydro Adventure’s second year. “We’ve really upped the ante for year two. Lots of new rides and attractions will mean even more fun for the whole family!” said Falfas. The aquatic adventure embarks on Saturday, May 23 during Memorial Day Weekend.
With year one such a success at Hydro, the team wanted to show its appreciation to their guests. Regular Single Day Admission has been discounted $5 from last year, now just $24.95. Junior and Senior Admissions will stay at a low price of $19.95 and kids under 32 inches receive free admission. Season Passes are just $54.95 until May 26, and Junior Season Passes are just $39.95.
Year two is all about showing appreciation to park guests, and making sure their wave of fun never breaks. Mr. Falfas explained, “Not only have we added several new attractions, but we actually lowered our prices. This year we are giving our guests more for less money.”
Aside from the price drop, one of the additions for year two is an entire new Midway filled with fun family rides known as “hard rides” in the amusement industry, like the Tiger Coaster or Tailpipe Alley. They’re not water rides. Just good, old-fashioned, endless laughter amusement park rides.
Park guests can surf the wave of fun beyond just rides. They can test their skill at games like the Missouri Bombers home run challenge or the Triple Threat 3-point basketball shoot around. They can also let their cares float away in one of the relaxing poolside cabanas. Hydro Adventures is also readily equipped to book guest’s parties and groups of any size. More rides and attractions are being planned for 2016 and beyond.
Apart from guest experience, Hydro Adventures takes safety and cleanliness very seriously. The park is filled with thoroughly trained and dedicated lifeguards. Coupling that with crystal clear water and sparkling clean facilities, all guests can be assured to have a fun and safe day at Hydro Adventures.
Hydro Adventures officially opens Memorial Day Weekend. Saturday, May 23 will be the first full day of operation. Guests are asked to go to Hydro Adventures.com to get more information.
Mr. Falfas is proud of the park, but knows there’s more to go, “Year one was very much a learning process. We did a lot of things well, but we know there is always room to improve our park for our guests. We sincerely appreciate our guests and want Hydro Adventures to be every family’s ideal destination spot. But we aren’t done, there’s a lot more coming.”
Year one was wetter. Year two is better at Hydro Adventures.
